How do you know when we received your package?
Once your tracking number is uploaded on the app, we will post a picture of the label and the product as soon as it is processed to your account for your view only.
What time will you receive the package?
We make daily trips to 47th street every day, shipments will arrive to the diamond district in NYC before 4pm.
Can we ship the package straight to your customer for you?
Absolutely. Either provide us with a label or an address, and we will get it to your customer safely and securely.
What are our hours of operations?
We’re open 10am-6pm, Monday-Thursday and 9am-2 hours before sundown on Fridays, closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
What’s the latest you can receive a package on Friday?
There will be one trip to 47th street on Fridays, which would arrive at 12pm.
What happens if something were to happen to your package while in our possession?
We would file a claim with our insurance company and deal with it accordingly.
